Originally born in California, Mandy grew up just north of Nashville. She attended college at Belmont University and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. Mandy began her Real Estate career with Armstrong Real Estate in 2015. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and her dog. She is a Chicago Cubs fan and enjoys traveling, the outdoors, and decorating.

Aaron Armstrong helped Mandy Whitaker co-found Close It and acts as an advisor to the company. Aaron has been a licensed realtor since 2003. As the Owner/Founder of Armstrong Real Estate and co-owner of two local Keller Williams Realty Franchises, Aaron has extensive experience in all aspects of residential real estate. Aaron is also a national real estate speaker and coach. When not selling real estate, Aaron can be found fly fishing and spending time outdoors at his farm on the Caney Fork River with his wife, two kids and two rescue pups.
